Providing Relocation and Downsizing Services for Caregivers and their Families
Our services can include but are not limited to:
1. Provide the “Know How” and "Hands On Help" in finding the appropriate residence.
( Independent Living, Supportive Living, Assisted Living, Nursing Home or other full time health care facility?)
2. Packing personel property that will be moved with client.
5. Liquidation of the remaining estate's personal property through appropriate sales vehicle.
6. Provide the advertising, pricing, displaying, selling, collection and delivery of all monies.
7. On premises/off premises auction/sale of all personal and titled property.
8. Donation/disposal of all unsold items.
9. “Broom Clean” service that will leave property ready to list for sale or rent.
10. Preparation and delivery of a comparative market analyis (CMA) for use in
determining the value of the home to be sold. (No charge for this service)
11. Liquidation of the real estate including sale of property by licensed real estate agent.
12. Property management of rental property if desired. (Under separate contract)
